Why Us
Hundreds of people come to us for help every year. Some are at crisis point and many don’t see a way out. We help them to find a way out of their financial and non-financial problems. Financial or non-financial exclusion can be complex and complicated so we must work together with those we serve as well as other partners.
We help people to make sense of their finances or non-finances. We don’t judge people, we just provide the support, guidance, flexibility and solutions that are needed to deal with their problem. Whatever the situation we’ll look for practical solutions that make our clients’; lives better.
To be effective, we need to deeply understand people’s experiences, the financial or non-financial challenges they face, what’s important to them and how best we, and others, can provide support through a financial crisis or shock.
We are on a constant cycle of listening, learning and looking to improve. This gives us confidence in our direction. Listening attentively to people’s lived experiences. Learning from all we hear and all we experience. Looking to improve how we support, respond and progress.
We hear from clients about the difference our advice makes every day. We hold ourselves to account and want to be held to account by those we work with and serve. Many clients have their first good night’s sleep in months after they’ve been in touch with us.
